Erica graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor’s in Science. From the patients to the staff, Erica loves everything about her job! Hearing patients' stories and witnessing their success is what lights her up. She excels at keeping the team organized, fostering a friendly environment, and maintaining a positive attitude. In the summer, she enjoys gardening and biking with her family. When it's time to come inside, you might find her watching her favorite movie, "It's a Wonderful Life."
